ok so basically for everyone else wondering about this, the game has to be running until the last achievement, if it gets closed it will reset the timer and you start all over again

i left the game on until 399 then closed it, now when i start it i dont get any achievements anymore, know a fix, or does it just pause at one point and goes on again?
