Popis
This is a pack of four block buildings, each with four of my SoCal low residential models. They are made to be light weight rather than heavily detailed. All building share the same 512x512 texture, d,c,s,i.n and have custom lods with 64x64 textures.

The houses are low residential L3 RICO, sit on a 8x5 plot and comes with some slight color variations.

Due to the prop/tree limit per asset, these blocks come without vegetation. You can add those in game.

Note that the pavement decals will extend outside the plot, this is made to make a seemless transition to the Suburban street from Urbanist, https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1251726663.

You can of course skip those you don't want, but it might make the result different. If you are not happy with the props and layout, feel free to customize them. Don't upload them without my consent.

If you don't use the Ploppable RICO mod, these will just be unique with no functionality.

Do note that the screenshots use Springwood theme, daylight classic, relight and religt-film lut. They might look different in your setup.

@Pamani sorry I didn't answer you, I somehow missed that comment.
@Neww_ well, it is possible but it's use would be very low, and it's quite a bit of work that I don't really have time for now I'm afraid. It would also be hard with prop limit in building as you still need some parkings, vents and stuff...

@Leeijo is it possible to make this block a bit bigger? Maybe like 8 homes? Probably unnecessary but this will basically allow for entire maps to be filled, which I think would be incredible

@Pamani you have to edit the XML Rico settings manually to get it working.
You can fix it like this on windows:
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cities_Skylines and open LocalRICOSettings on notepad.
You should see the SoCal LowRes Block text on there, just add ignore-reality="true" at the end and set the homes=4, so it should look like this:

Hi! I'd like to know if there is a way to have 4 households per block.
I'm using WG Population and I only get 2 households per block. I tried disabling WG on these assets in the RICO panel. In this panel it says it should get 5 home count but I can't see this happening.
In average there is 6 inhabitants per block which seems very low for a 4 house block. Any solution ?

@Slyces Yes! A Dingbat set is next in line, just started modelling it. It is gonna take a while though because of other obligations. Might also be some additional set of singe home houses at some time.

Genius idea with this "block" version. I have reached the building limit several times and this will help in making my sprawl MUCH bigger! These are GREAT!
