Relatar um problema com a tradução
You could just check if its working for you in Singleplayer to check if the download on your side was ok. But of course if the server hosts an old version of this map and you "are forced" to download the new version its impossible to join.
This won't be a issue only for you.
Unfortunately there is nothing i can do here.

Other useful information could be: Is this happening just on this workshop map? Did you try it on Singleplayer? Did you use any modification?
You can either hold your ground outside, or just kill stuff from upstairs! (I prefer staying outside as much as possible, and retreating inside when situation gets more chaotic with big zeds).
Runs great, tho i'm not sure how well it would play on Suicidal/HOE with more than 3 players in the game. No surprise tho, it's a small map, but awesome challenge!

ZED Spawn is already on 1.5 (Basic is 3.5-4), but ok. If it's to easy i will lower it again ;-)
Couch is a good point. I will block it.
A trip around the house could be difficult, i don't have any blocking volumes out there, cause the player shouldn't be able to go outside. Maybe i will build a ring around the house.
The jukebox could be tricky, i've never done this before. But cool idea ;-) I will check some music costume maps for this.
But it would be cooler with a few improvements.
- can u make the Zeds Spawn faster, its to easy to win here.
- on the first floor is a couch next to a bed. You can jump behind the couch and get stuck there. Zeds do not recognize you there, so this is a 100% safe place. If the one who is there is the last living player and has no ammo, the game can not be finished and you need a serveradmin to change the map.
- It would be cool if you could leave the house. A small strip around the house would be enough for that.
- Add a music player that allows players to turn music on and off if they want^^
