Reworks the loading screens to be just the campaign logo with the campaign tagline.

Features all 14 campaigns. Even the hidden "default" poster that shows on a map without a poster is changed to be simpler. Supports 16:9 resolution.

Some of the campaign logos had to be completely remade from scratch or taken from the credits screen and altered, so forgive me on Dark Carnival and Swamp Fever. I think I remade Crash Course pretty well though.

If you want an alternative version where the default loading screen is replaced with the Left 4 Dead 1 logo, check out this version.
