Rule Za Warudo as Lord DIO from Jojos Bizarre Adventure!

UA: "Endless Ambition"
Land units maintenance reduced by 30%. Great Generals spawn 20% faster.

UU: Vampire
Replaces the Longswordsman. Melee unit with 3 movement, can attack twice and also heals when it kills an enemy. Has melee strength of 21.

UB: Vampire's Mansion
Replacement for the Amphitheater, produces 2 food and culture when built.

NEW UPDATE FEATURES
Didn't like how Vampires could work for civilizations other than DIO? Theres no more need to worry!
All Vampires have sworn complete loyalty to Lord DIO!
-Vampires are no longer purchasable by other civilizations

I think that DIO(SC) can't make Vampires(Kars can do though), instead he hired many evil stand masters to work for his evil course

I don't know how a russain translation would go down. I don't speak it and I don't know if google translate would do the job well. But I'll see what I can do.
Also, I feel that DIO isn't very happy with Za Warudo only, he needs his stand's ability.

He seems to be VERY busy on his 2nd Jojo, that would probably would just be Google Translating his lines anyway; But would be a good excuse to go back and check the spelling/grammer :D (found 1 or 2 more after that but forgot to screenshot)
