Sure, we have all read it as Investigation, regardless, but I've wanted to mention it.
1) If you choose to complete it before doing other endings, for example right after Lovers End, the following will happen: after making a final dialogue choice ("I'll do your hair for you") the scene will go into a slow white-out screen effect, and then you'll immediately get the True End's ED/credits and the post-credits scene.
2) If you choose to complete the True End after completing all of the other endings (including the bad ones) , the game will play out exactly like in the Lovers End, except the ending/credits will be from the True End , and you'll get to see the post-credit scene obviously.
I think that the second variant is definitely a more satisfying one.
