NOTE: I am not the maker of the houses, I only edit them in the editor and make a garden around them.

I decided to re-do the 'American Suburban Customised' series because alot of people were experiencing issues with the manicured grass and other props.

I have also added a 'required assets' list, because this is way easier than downloading them one by one :D

Hi, is the central house asset included in the download or is it an unlisted dependency?

Loading screen mod reports errors in missing assets for this mod. Missing Asset is "Double Garage" and the link for that asset ( https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1303212008 ) returns an error. This missing asset is also linked in your American Suburban Customised 8 v2 ( https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1486812708 ) House.

As much as I like this asset, this needs to be rebranded as an actual Residential Low asset instead of a Unique Building asset. If done so, the lot size should be 4x4 and the building level be Level 5.

Is this meant to be under Unique Buildings? I noticed the others are regular growables.

I have a question...
...can you put the "prop-assets" (fences, trees etc.)
inside your collection?
So we can all take the little assets with "one klick".
