Performance:

Avg. load on a GTX 1070 @ 60 FPS, AA 0, Post/Ref on
1080p - 3.5%
1440p - 5.5%
2160p - 10%

Recommend setting AA to None to reduce GPU load as this is a pixel wallpaper.
Post-processing option toggles bloom only.
Reflections option doesn't seem to do anything ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
