God's Moveset and Skills
Gods in this game are dumb they have pretty basic skills which you can dodge easily.
Only thing makes them harsh at some point is soldiers or animals they spawned at 3 phases of their health. While you are fighting with those soldiers they keep spaming their skills and thats where things get little hard. I recommend using a Warrior Bow because this type of bow stuns enemies and deals massive damage in close distances like a shotgun. While pushing back soldiers you can dodge skills easily. I will talk about weapons later on.

So every god has its own soldier types and special skills and this skills gets more frequent when you start beating them. For myself Sobek and Anubis is easy to take out in both Hard and Normal but Sekhmet is a bit hard due to giant laser beam she fires from top of her head. I tried dodging it but running is the best option in Sekhmet so dont dodge Sekhmets Laser Beam just run from it..
For Sobek and Anubis you can dodge their skills. Anubis has Jackals watch out for them. Dodge in the opposite way you are running when they jump to you or you can simply take out all of them with arrows. Sobek is really easy just stay out of area skills and use your shiled on arrow rain. Try to assassinate soldiers while they are spawning to take them out quicker

When gods build a wall around you can destroy it by hitting dont panic. Gather loot as much as possible. Dont spam arrows wait a bit after you hit so damage can apply. Lets move on to the build and talk about weapons.
Melee Weapons and Shileds
I use Healt on Kill and Healt Hit in both of my weapons and I mostly recommend using a sword because it hits hard and fast and if you unlocked skills which you can hit 2 times in overpower attack it will give you chance to take out multiple enimies at once. You can also go for a staff or a sickle sword which can be useful in some cases. For shield I recommend using healt on parry because you will have to fight with soldiers and you need to recover health a lot. In my opinion using any other specialty rather then lifesteal is meaningless against gods abd you need to recover health a lot in combat.

Bows
Same strategy goes for bows I use 2 bows which has healt on hit. If you only go healt on hit in melee weapons you will not be able to steal health from gods. Whit bow you can get heal from hitting gods.

I recommend using a Light Bow which will allow you to hit fast and move quick with a Warrior bow to stun soldiers and push them back. Here is my items:

Last words
I hope my guide will help people out there. I never had Hard time with this build in any God and any diffuculity. I will appreciate if you comment like and rate my guide. I am open to evolve this guide and add more tips so you can help me by constructive criticism.

Here's something u should add, while summon the soldiers, u can get close to it and assassinate it with the hidden blade, and if you have chain assassination, use it too. It works better if u wait like half a sec so the body pop up and you do the stand kill rather than the push down kill. With chain assassination, I usually aim at the guy with the biggest shield so i rarely have any problem fighting the soilders at any phrase

Agree with "Health on Hit". Useful throughout the game for tougher enemies. Personally I like Hunter Bow for high level enemies as it deals a lot of damage and I just use dodge and non-bow weapons on spawns. But I haven't done enough "gods" to really say my preferences are useful for higher levels.
