Intro
You must get 5 headshot-kills in a row without missing, hitting the body, or using a melee attack in-between. In other words, those 5 headshot-kills must not be interrupted by misses or body hits or melee fighting.
Character
Headshot streaks are earned by accomplishing 5 headshots in a row without missing or getting hit by a zombie in a small time period.
This should be approached with a character who has a shooting skill level of 7 and the skill specialization Focus aim that allows you to slow down time whilst aiming.
Take enough snacks with you to replenish your stamina.
Comands
On PC: You activate Focus aim holding RMB (assault rifle) and after that press Shift for using Focus aim skill.

Video
Best way to earn this achievement is to search for zombie hordes.

Additional note,
Don't take weapons with piercing shots, high chance that you get bodyshot behind the zombie.
