Legendary Confederations: Tomb Kings

This Legendary Confederations submod includes the Tomb Kings legendary lords in the auto-confederation. Lore restrictions apply: Settra will only confederate others, not be confederated with because as we all know he does not serve! Arkhan is the enemy of the other Tomb Kings and cannot be confederated. You will be able to get the following team-ups:

"But Frosty-senpai, I'm an absolute lore heretic!"
I've included a toggle to disable the restrictions if you use Mod Configuration Tool.

Note: Legendary Confederations are about transferring legendary lords on turn 1, this submod shouldn't be used as a way to simply activate diplomacy confederations. It isn't designed for that.
