scarp/junk/pirate style patchwork/asymmetric big starter cv

notes:
- all normal steel
- blueprint comes without weapons
- only the 27 growspots (if you convert a side hangar bay you can get more)
- no turretspots, but should be enough empty places to put some
- 8 fixed weapon points with placeholders
- quite big, but no high end ressources, so kinda a bit starter like cv from the tier of ressources
- lots of space to park vessels or add stuff (see pictures)
- most lights and stuff with motion sensores or levers
- 2 cockpits, one in side podracer style light brown room, other one at the front
- you can add forcefields to the hangar container (see picture)
- added 3 additional passenger seats in living area and 1 in cockpit
- contains a surprise ^^

Levers:
- growing section: gorwlights on/off
- gravity generator: gravitiy gen on/off
- hangar and throught the door in production/storage section: opens/closes the shutters for storage

(due to size maybe multiplayer starter?)
