How to stop resources convoy truck

This works not just for convoy but also for stoping any other moving vehicles throughout the gameplay.

1. Observe the movement of the vehicles, know it's paterns and where to it is going.
2. Wait at the location (nearby road mostly and FACING AT the truck driver) where you know the convoy will be arriving, and prepare yourself to snipe the convoy's truck driver.
3. When you've a clear shot, take out the convoy's truck driver (make sure the truck driver is dead). Do not worry about the convoy's escorts, BE SURE to take out the convoy's truck driver FIRST. The truck will stop within few seconds and so as it's escorts.
4. Then order your men (or with rebel support) to take out the convoy's escort. You can just wait till the enemies are dead or joining in with the ambush, your call.
5. Finally, tag the resource truck, or steal the vehicles (mission related), and you'll get the resource without any amount lost (if the truck's health is still available).
6. OR you could mark and have your men execute the convoy's truck driver, much more simpler.
7. OR you could just EMP the target vehicle and take out the driver when the vehicle stoped.

This is the easiest way, but you need to be good at sniping. This is time saving, you can raid three resource convoys and obtained 10k-13k resources within 10 minutes (I have).

Sync shot the driver and passenger, and use .50 BFG to one shot the helicopter.

Very simple method I use.
1. Use rebel scouting to mark the driver and shotgun in the truck.
2. Sync shot to take them out.

Works like a charm all the time.

if I'm just after RSS I do HeavyBullet's method, except I damage the convoy enough the driver bails as you get less RSS if destroyed. Otherwise I try to ambush; mine for lead vehicle, anti-material rifle for the second one, shoot up van.

If you fly around in a helicopter and place it on the road where the convoy will be, they'll stop and stay there, giving you a much easier shot and once you remove the escort and tag the loot, just fly to the next convoy.

Doesn't take too long to land the helo, the main concern is finding a good spot to stop the convoy since enemies in vehicles have much higher awareness for some odd reason.

Theres a far simpler way, not a shot fired from you and takes about 1-1 1/2 mins. ill be honest im never going to reveal it to anyone else.

Sniping is for pussies. I usually surprise 'em with an attack helicopter, destroy the escorts to the Valhalla, force the supply truck to stop by shootin' up the engine and/or the tires, make the driver run like hell and hunt him down like an escaping slave. :duke: Then land, tag, fly away. :gearthumbsup:

Just blow up the entire convoy with a grenade launcher since it doesn't even matter that the resource truck gets destroyed.
