The build is designed to be a strong AoE damage dealer and Crowd Controller. It focuses mostly on a lot of powerful electricity based druid spells, and also has several active abilities from items.
This includes The arquebus Dragon's Dowry ability, Blazing Fury which increases action speed by 40% for 20s, and several high level druid electricity spells. It offers a very powerful shifting
ability: Storm blight which shifts you into a ranged elemental with a powerful single target damage spell,a teleport and +20 Range and +1 Penetration with Druid Elemental spells. It will deal slightly less damage then an Evoker Wizard but makes up for it by having more crowd control, powerful summons and a pretty strong ranged shapeshift.

Edit: Dragon's Dowry buff just got nerfed with 1.2.0. Dragon's Dowry Blazing Fury only accelerates its own attacks. Added new ranged weapons

Dragon's Dowry Blazing Fury active will make all your action speed by 40% including spellcasting. This can help you get out a lot of damage and CC spells in a really short time. Chromoprismatic Quarterstaff Increases Power level of many elemental spells the most important one beeing Electricity spells. Deltro's Cage does deserve an honorable mention in this build for its +2 Electricity Power levels but the increased 55% recovery time is probably too long to justify picking it over Spider Silk robe.
