Wait I got the voice pack addon but it's still Francis' voice XD how to change?

I finally subscribed to this one. Saw it a while ago before I got Vella Halloween Special but found it awkward to replace a male character. I didn't realized that this model had a voice pack thank god. OP where these characters come from if I may ask?
