The Gorge Cooking Port

It's been a while since this mod was last updated. A lot has changed in DST in the meantime. I'm trying to stabilize the mod first. After that I might fix minor things such as accessibility of the crafting menu. At the moment it technically works, but it still needs improvement.

Note: Compatibility with other mods has extremely low priority. If it works it works, but I'm not going to invest a lot of time into that.

This mod adds ALL 70 cooking recipes from The Gorge and includes the grill, oven, and pot hanger from The Gorge. It also adds the sugarwood biome, including saptrees (which can be used to gather sap) and spotspice shrubs. The salt ponds are also included, which can be used to harvest saltrocks. Use the mealingstone to grind salt from saltrocks to make your food last longer! Special seeds are sometimes dropped by pigeons. Talk to the traders to buy seedpackets and other goods for gold.

Optionally you can build an altar (see settings), which will spawn Mumsy, who will tell you what The Gnaw desires. Beware, though... The Gnaw is impatient and will punish you severely if you keep messing up.

Note that the mod is still work in progress. We try our best to keep the mod up to date.
