Hello!

This pack contains three variants of one original tenement, two are residential, one is commercial.

Every variant has a color map and each of them has the same 4 color variations.

Lvl 1 of each variant as well as lvl 5 of residentials and lvl 3 of commercial are included in the pack.

Original tenement was built in year 1883 and represents eclecticism. It's located in Bydgoszcz, Poland.

Size 3x4, growables.

Model info;

-Commercial variant 1575 tris, lod 74 tris.

-Residential 'a' variant 1701 tris, lod 74 tris

-Residential 'b' variant 1689 tris, lod 70 tris

-Each variant has textures 1024x1024 and 128x128 for lod.

I've decided to make only level 1 in the beggining, but later also I've created level 3/5 on request. However, I can make missing levels for request if You want.

There's just level 1 and 3/5. Is there a reason the intermediate levels weren't created?

The backside is actually not real, since I wasn't able to get there in real life to get proper textures. Backsides in some cases aren't renovated even when front is, so I decided to make it climatic rather than pretty.

It's a shame these buildings are so ugly on the backside...otherwise I would definitely have hit that sub button.

Okay, I've included Your request, lvl 5 and 3 should work. Some similarity to the Hermitage is interesting, especially considering that Bydgoszcz was in the XIX-th century part of the German Empire. Maybe colours make this effect?
