The brushes
So lets start of easy, the brushes. Which brush is the best for your mouth? Is hard brush better, or a soft brush? Do you need a round brush, or a normal brush?

First off, you need to change get a new brush every 2 months to keep it fresh, effective and usefull.

There's 3 types of brushes. Hard, Soft, or medium. Lets go into detail on every brush.

Hard brushes
If you're a real toughy you should pick yourself up a hard brush. The thickness of the brush is generally about 0.23 mm. This brush will help you put high pressure on your teeth for a good scrub, but in the hands of a wrong person, can be very painfull.

Soft brushes
If you're a little baby, get yourself a soft brush. These brushes wont damage your gums for people with sensitive gums. The thickness of these are around 0.15mm. These brushes will lower the chances for your gums to start bleeding, but will be a little less good at getting all of that tartar and plaque from your teeth.

Medium
If you dont know what you are just like people that concider themselfs gender fluids, this is the brush type for you. The brush sizes vary a little on this one, but it is around 0,20mm thick. These are for the people that want to get their teeth clean and are also a little bit spooked for hurting their gums.

Now there will also be a debate about an electrical toothbrush or a normal toothbrush.

The differences
An electrical toothbrush 90% of the time has a round brush, while a normal toothbrush had a normal brush on it. The round brush can make it easy for you to get to the bottom of your teeth, and since the eletrical toothbrush will be spinning, it will remove the plaque. With a normal toothbrush you need to go back and forth which shouldn't be a problem if you're a real man. So man up and just use a normal brush please.
The toothpaste
Another big thing, is the toothpaste you're using. Should you use Elmex or Prodent? Aquafresh or Parodontax? That's what i will be discussing in this section.

This is a list of the 5 best toothpastes you can buy right at your store. If you use one that is not on this list, and think that it's better. Please dont talk to me, we are not friends. This is from worst to best by the way.

Number 5 Arm and Hammer Total Pro Clean and Repair
This toothpaste costs £2.99, and for 75ml you wont run out any time soon.
Arm and Hammer’s toothpastes have won a lot of fans by concentrating less on new-fangled formulae and more on a traditional ingredient: sodium bicarbonate. This does a great job of cleaning teeth and attacking plaque, while fluoride protects against acid erosion, gum disease and tooth decay.

Number 4 Blanx Intensive Stain Removal
At a price off £4.33 with 75ml you can pick yourself up this lovely toothpaste.
Blanx is one of the big guns in specialist whitening toothpastes, and this Intensive Stain Removal toothpaste promises to restore teeth to their original whiteness with a non-abrasive formula – which, believe it or not, involves a lichen grown naturally in the Arctic, along with a bamboo micropowder.

Number 3 Sensodyne Pronamel Gentle Whitening
At a price of £5.39 for 75ml its kind of on the expensive side. But that doesn't mean it isn't worth your money. Find hot beverages hard on the ivories? Does your first bite into pizza leave you whimpering like a motherless pup? Sensodyne has the stuff to sort that out, and its Pronamel Gentle Whitening toothpaste also protects against acid, removes stains and hardens the tooth enamel. Needless to say, it whitens too.

Number 2 Colgate Max White Optic
With a price of £3.99 for 75ml, this is decently priced, and it sure is worth your money.
Historically, whitening toothpastes have catered mostly to smokers and those with a penchant for the vino rosso – but today’s are much more mainstream. Some can be rough on your teeth and gums, making them sensitive or wearing away at the enamel, but Colgate Max White Optic has an easy-going approach for daily use, with an “Advanced Brightener System” that releases a blue foam to give an instant whitening effect.

Number 1 Oral B Pro-Expert Professional Protection
For a price of £3.50 (75ml) this Oral B toothpaste is all yours. It is one of the best and it will be for a while. When it comes to general oral hygiene, Oral B’s Pro Expert Professional Protection gets a lot of recommendations, both from dentists and existing users. It incorporates a stannous fluoride complex, combining soluble fluoride, stabilised stannous and polyphosphate, which protects against cavities, plaque, gum problems, sensitivity and enamel erosion – plus active clean crystals to keep your pearly whites feeling clean.

How to brush
Now we have entered the last part of this guide, the moment we have been waiting for. How to brush your teeth.

The preperations
Before you start brushing you have to do some preperations.

First, floss your teeth properly to remove any plaque that built up between your teeth throughout the day.

Second, Make your toothbrush wet first, then put a small amount of toothpaste on it. After that make it wet again.

Lets get into the real stuff now.

1. Put your brush at a 45 degree angle, and start at the front row of your upper teeth. Brush gently and slowly move your way to the other side of your teeth. Now do it on the flat part. Following that, you move to the back of your teeth and slowly brush from one side to the other.

Now repeat step one with the bottom row of your teeth.

This was my guide. Thank you for reading it. Have a nice day, and remember to brush your teeth 3 times a day to keep the dentist away from it. So they dont have to check on you and take that pointy thing that they will stick into your gum and then they are like: "Your gums are bleeding because youre not brushing good enough." Ok thank you now bye.

Here is also a video demonstrating how to brush your teeth very precisely.
