A moderately sized Trouble in Terrorist Town map set in a town bordering the sea.

Features multiple enterable buildings, an underground area, a small bit of interactivity (teleporter, etc.), a 3D Skybox, and more!

I used it for zombie scenarios sometimes

About the fps I tried my best to optimise the exterior, but it seems that some spots would not cooperate with my optimisation :/
