This is a 2018 model Ford Explorer painted in the “Alaska State Trooper DUI” paint livery however, it has been adapted to fit in seamlessly to any city within Cities Skylines.

This particular Explorer is sporting the newer Alaska State Trooper DUI paint scheme as well as, it has also been modified to feature fog lights to ease your city’s Law Enforcement Officers to operate in the wilderness or navigating dimly lit roads as they fight the criminals in your city.

No, sorry for the late reply. They're prop cops, just search the props for "police officer" and you'll find them!

@LiTeEmuP, yeah, I added a few more screenies from my game to the file. It was a DUI checkpoint in my game.

on the 2nd picture, is that a prop set with those cops standing next to the car??
