This tower is implanted in the French city "LYON" district "Part-Dieu"
The "Tour Part-Dieu" is a skyscraper 169 meters high. In the summit, its pyramid measures 23 meters.
The last seven floors of the building are occupied by a hotel (Radisson).
In France, this building is curently named "The Pencil"

The district includes 3 towers of which names are suggestive:
- "Tour Part-Dieu": la "Tour crayon" (pencil tower)
- "Tour Incity" : la "Tour gomme" (rubber tower)
- "Tour Oxygène" : la "Tour feuille" (leaf tower)

You're right, some players would prefer to have no logo
On this type of building (cylindrical) creating and then putting the logo is not obvious at all
when possible, I always do the logos separately ; )

This is such a nice building, but with all real-world buildings in skylines I really wish the text wasn't there and was a separate prop instead. Always makes buildings so much more flexible without city or language specific text :)

@tramleytro: pas mal de plans pour Sylex 1 et 2, le style du groupe de batiments ne me déplait pas... à voir !
