Descrizione
The focus of TeamTech is to expand and emphasise the importance of team work, creating more possibilities for a player to boost their allies' strength. The mod offers the following:
- all bonuses are team bonuses and apply to all allies, eg: a huns ally would mean you wouldn't need houses
- tech research applies to allies too, allowing a team to research appropriate techs multiple times, eg: if an ally researches fletching, you will get the upgrade too and you would still be able to research fletching yourself to further upgrade the team (if you hadn't already)
- stackable team bonuses, eg: two celt allies would mean an even quicker siege firing rate (36% faster firing rate compared to the normal 20%)
- all unique units (not from Castle) can be trained from any member of the team, eg: if you have an Incas ally you will be able to train Slingers from your Archery.
- Wonders can train the team's unique units (currently not working 100%)

You can build any buildings (and most units) up until the latest age any member of your team is in but will only be able to research techs up to your current age. For example, if you are in Dark Age and an ally ages up to Feudal, you will be able to build Feudal Age buildings and units but wouldn't get the Blacksmith techs etc. yet.

v1.007 Changes:
- Removed age up for free ability as it seemed quite hacky.
- Removed first house built/destroyed adds +5 to allies feature as it was bugged.
- Fixed Malay infinite food fish traps - allies now also get the bonus as they should.
- The ability to build additional Town Centers in Castle Age is no longer shared across the team. This gives more incentive to those who like to stay in Feudal Age to Age up.
- Free Cartography from Dark Age
- Portugeuse new Team Bonus: Markets have +2400 HP
- Caravan speeds up trade units by +1 (initial boost = 100% faster), instead of +50%.
- Caravan increases trade unit work rate (gold factor) by 10%.

v1.002 Changes:
- Huskarls moved to slot 10 in Barracks (avoids replacing Eagle Warriors)
- Khmer no buildings age up bonus now applies to all in team
- Squires also increases infantry attack rate by 10%

Other changes:
- Khmer 15% faster Battle Elephants now applies to War Elephants too
- Malay 30% cheaper Battle Elephants now applies to all elephant units
- Mahouts now increases all elephant unit movement speed by 30%
- Pavise now applies to all foot archer units
- Shatagni now also applies to other gunpowder units (normal + elite): Janissaries, Organ Guns, Conquistadors
- Couriers now also applies to other Mesoamerican civ units (normal + elite): Jaguar Warriors, Plumed Archers
- Ethiopians' 15% faster firing archers now applies to Slingers too
- Indians' camel armor bonus extends to Camel Archers too
- Turks' extra HP on gunpowder units extends to (normal + elite): Conquistadors, Organ Guns
- Mayans' archer discount now applies to all foot archers
- Italians' gunpowder unit discount covers all relevant units
- All farm upgrades increase farmer/forager/hunter/shepherd food collection rate by 5%
- Squires also increases infantry attack rate by 10%
- Conscription now speeds up production rate of Siege Workshops by 20%, Wonders 33%
- Wonders now can build your team's unique units... to a degree -- I'm unsure how to enable multiple pages (like the dock has), so you're mostly limited to units that have an index on the first page)
- Hoardings reduced to +15% HP (from 21%) on Castles, but with an additional +4/+2/+4 building/melee/pierce armor given.
- Persians' x2 HP TC bonus changed to +2400 HP to avoid HP going way over the limit with multiple Persians on a team.
- Free Cartography from Dark Age

- Caravan increases trade unit work rate (gold factor) by 10%.

Known issues:
- Unit research doesn't clear that research item from allies' selection, eg: when Pikeman is researched, your allies will still have to research Pikeman if they want to reach Halberdier research. There's no known to fix to this at present.

good mod, but trade seems over powered as the gold per trip rises to 400 when you do the speed upgrade
