An attempt at making the directional pain indicators more noticeable without making them too hard to see through.

how do you get your crosshair to look like that? what's the command?

It will work on any server that doesn't force vanilla like some Valve servers do. It'll work on any unofficial dedicated servers though.

Nice job, its a solid marker, cant miss it but at the same time it doesnt block your vision!
I shall use this mod and Thumbs up it :D
