[Chainsaw] CS:O Ripper Sounds

BVRUUUUM!! BZZZRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-- [explosions occur]

Back with more useless sound mods. This addon replaces the chainsaw... sounds with the ones from Counter-Strike: Online. The sounds' volume can be a little quiet despite Audacity showing that it's loud enough, so let me know if it is and how to fix that. In the meantime, I'll get back to living through eternal suffering simply because I can and will.
