Enclave Unique Unit - Power Armor Infantry

Adds a new Unique Unit to my previous Enclave civilization from Fallout 3 - the Power Armor Infantry.


====Description====
Inspired by the mainline Enclave infantry of Fallout 3, the Enclave Power Armor Infantry is new Unique Unit available to the Enclave that provides a stronger alternative to the XCOM Squad it replaces, trading the paradrop ability of its vanilla counterpart for ten extra points of Combat Strength. Equipped with suits of the Advanced Power Armor Mk. II, it is much more effective in direct combat engagements against enemy forces and is just as capable in both offensive and defensive combat, as the situation warrants. With fierce devotion and a fearless resolve in battle, the enemies of the Enclave cannot hope to stand against the Power Armor Infantry.
