I did it using photoshop. I made a separate background without the boy. Picture with the boy I slightly increased and turned the cape into a separate layer (also hands). Then I saved each layer in a separate image and imported it into the wallpaper engine. In the program, I just applied the effects to a layer with a Cape. As a result, I do not apply the shake to the entire image, but only to a separate layer. This helps to avoid distortion and blurring.

Really nice animation! Could you tell me how you animated the cape? Whenever I try to use the shake option like that it kinda blurs with the surroundings... Also, just wanted to say your wallpapers are amazing!
