Start TK Mayhem (Hard) here.
Pick up the ball that spawns. Keep it in front of you and as low as possible so you can hit stuff on the ground with it without needing to throw it.
Run north, hitting all the fire hydrants, pedestrians, light post and (if possible) cars on the way.
Turn down this street when you reach it. Hit the parked cars.
Then run up the opposite end of the street and hit parked cars there.
You should now earn a lot of money for completing a hard activity even though it took you less than 30 seconds. Repeat and you'll soon have enough money to upgrade whatever you want to.
