Mastery 200 and Mastery 400 are rough guidelines, and not fully optimized. The Mastery setups did perform very well in testing, however.

Optimal Mastery spending beyond 1100 is somewhat complicated. If you want help optimizing, feel free to ask here in the comments or on YouTube.
Soul Warp variant
Using Soul Warp to trigger Sun opens up an extra skill slot. We're taking Sky Power in that case. Rank 4 Sky Power will allow us to max Overpower without enchanting it onto the accessory. So enchant the accessory with either Crit Chance or Health.

Just got lucky and found the boots. such a fun build to play.

I changed the skills a tiny bit - 3/3 Hunger to 3/3 Fissures for some more AOE dps and kiting. May change this back once I finish the gear set bonus :)
