Go to settings > Player View & HUD > HUD > Player name & icon display distance

Turn this off so now there are no markers on teammates. Now you really have to get used to identifying teammates based on the way they run and their uniforms as now there will be no names or anything that appear when you look at them.

There are other settings you can turn off like having the objective icons always showing on your screen and you can change this to only when you bring up the tactical view and stuff but its your choice if you want that. In my opinion though it does take off more stuff off your screen which creates a more immersive experience.

As for killfeed I keep it on so I can apologize if I accidently tk someone :D
