RESOLUTION & CUSTOM RESOLUTION
Try to lower your resolution to 1440x900 or 1600x900.
You can also try a few custom resolutions like 1280x1080 or 1440x1080
-Go into your NVIDIA control panel
-Then navigate to the resolution tab
-Go to customize
-Select the custom resolution
in there you can create custom resolutions, I prefer 1440x900.

CPU Unpark & ClientConfig.ini
CPU Unpark:
CPU Unpark is a tool where you can unpark you CPU to get more CPU performance.

ClientConfig.ini:
The ClientConfig.ini allows you to tell H1Z1 that he can use the amount of your CPU cores and threads. You can google you CPU to find out how many cores and threads you have.
You can find the ClientConfig.ini in the steam H1Z1 folder.

IndirectThreadCount are your threads (try to max it out)
DirectThreadCount are your cores (try to max it out)

UserOptions.ini
You can find the UserOptions.ini in the steam H1Z1 folder.
