so first you need to hate everything, including your clothes.YOU ALSO need to boss people around and tell them how to kill a witch that is angry.
You can NOT let other people boss you around. Or shoot you.

for weaponry you need to use only machine guns and pump shotguns.
For supplies you need to hog all adrenaline shots so you can hate everything. Don't take too many, though.

If you are host of a server or you are in singleplayer you need to open console and kick everyone because Francis believes he can do anything.
Also if you dont kick anyone you need to stay behind the group looking in every nook and cranny for adrenaline, you even have to look inside zombies.
If there are not any behind you, you need to go ahead to hog all the adrenaline ahead so that nobody steals it.
