You could try running the Conan mod alone without any other mods to rule out any mod conflicts (possible AI or companion mods might conflict). If that doesn't work, then I'm afraid I can't help you further, since this Conan uses the basic Skyrim companion AI package.
And a small note to everyone who visits after this message: Thanks for the interest in the mod. Just remember, it's 6 years old now, has never been updated (I kind of stopped modding after I did this mod), and runs on the most basic things you can find on the mod creation tool. I'm not actively working on it, nor will I update it anymore. I'm subscribed to the chat thread but I won't really spend my time going through problems considering the current state of the mod.
TLDR: It works, but if you have problems, you might need to figure them out by yourself as it is also 6 years old and not in active development.
