Eve-Online-Heron

This is a slightly large than 1:1 scale replica of an Eve Online Heron frigate with a low level and build cost.

[Update 9.4]:

• Added cargo controllers for 250k PU
  
• Removed hidden thrusters, should now be forward compatible if Eleon add thruster damage
  
• Removed Zascosium and Erestrum from materials list so it's a bit easier to spawn early

[NOTE]: Spawn in space. I'm still trying to find a way to make this thing land without making the "legs" look silly, so for now it hates the ground. If you spawn in atmosphere it might just flop over making it hard to get in.
