Once the background loads, you can go to the market listing, crop the background on Steam.Design, visit the Steam Card Exchange page for the related game or view the background directly.

anyways i wanna ask, i want 2 look 4 somebodys background but its not exactly a background, idk what its called its a "background" that appears when u hover over somebodys profile picture, kinda like in your case being those blue antennas, hope dat was clear enough, ty

No need for it, you can already use the button on Steam profiles to identify the cosmetics you use on Steam.
