The Hound is the little brother of the “Nightwolf” the majestic pirate galleon used by the Brotherood to raid undefended systems. While smaller, the Hound is way cheaper to build and the pirate syndicate uses her mainly to defend its system from aliens, other pirate groups and the occasional security forces raids.

She’s all about the bite. It can be used offensively to raid and pillage, but her total lack of meaningful cargo space requires support ships nearby not to leave preciously acquired loot floating in the debris fields.
