Why does she, or rather the Artificial Intelligence made to(I think) simulate human behavior, wear a collar when it's not connected to an actual shirt neck? Actually, I think that explains itself. It's an AI.

I was searching for bad youtube models and found out that this was a character in Sr Pelo's "The Mokey Show: The Sun."
