30% - "weeb"

?% - amateur modellers like me who don't give a heck and are ok with the fact that someone put time and effort into something, ANYTHING, even if it's "weeb stupid stuff"

Why does she, or rather the Artificial Intelligence made to(I think) simulate human behavior, wear a collar when it's not connected to an actual shirt neck? Actually, I think that explains itself. It's an AI.
