Kitten Adventures In City Park has a total of 4 Steam achievements, all of which can be earned as part of your natural progression taking around 15 minutes.
Achievement Guide.
The following achievements are listed in the order that they will be unlocked.

Teddy-bear.
From your starting position in the park, go East to the Square, East again to the Bench, South to the Avenue and lastly, North to the Playground. The teddy bear is under a bench to the left of the see-saw.

Socks.
From your starting position in the park, go Northeast to the River. The socks are on a rock in the middle of the river (just click on it and you will jump over).

Umbrella.
From your starting position in the park, go East to the Square. The Umbrella is behind the railings.

Barrette.
From your starting position in the park, go Southeast to the Carousel then Northeast to get closer to the Carousel. Ants have the barrette, they refuse to return it, but they might be up for a trade. Head Northeast to the Centre of the park and then South to the Flowerbed. Pick a flower and head back to the ants (East and then East again) and trade for the Barrette.

The Umbrella is indeed the 3rd item you have to go and find in the park.

No, this is not a mistake. The kitten doesn't yet know that this umbrella has been lost. Items need to be collected in order.

Hi Cloudless Knight, so you clicked on the mice just under and to the right of the Umbrella and went through the dialogue untill the mice say "the sun was so hot we had to hide under the umbrella" and the mice just repeat that line ?

Somehow, when I try to cycle through the dialogue for the umbrella, it ends with "the sun was so hot we had to hide under the umbrella". Further clicking just restarts the dialogue. Is this a bug? I tried exiting and restarting but it didn't help...
