Keyboard controls configuration

Moto Racer 4 was intended to be played using XBox controller so the game "out of the box" is almost unplayable using PC keyboard. Moreover, there is no easy way to adjust controls using game settings which makes it even worse. Luckily, there is a way to fix this issue and it is described here.

1. Navigate to %appdata%\..\Local\MR4\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
2. Open file Input.ini using your preferred text editor and remove its content.

it worked for me, i would like to help others, like this guy helped to solve my doubt. And its Millions times better guida than that ♥♥♥♥ outther about "how to jump" "how to open a game" "how o click" and all that fake Troll guides on every single game on steam

Just bought this game because I played Moto Racer 2 back in the day, it was amazing for it's time. This one looks pretty good, but is practically unplayable on a Windows PC with keyboard and mouse. The older game worked great with keyboard and mouse. Another case of bad console port if you ask me... So disappointed!

HeavenlyWang, seems like you didn't read the entire post. Using keyboard is possible , i did, and i DO. so check all the answers before saying its not working. You solved it by purchasing hardware; but not all of us can do that.

Controller issues (pc) can be solved by purchasing the basic Logitech controller NZ$32
Those using keyboard its impossible to change the key for right, change the other keys to your preferred you might have luck,

HeavenlyWang, you should delete the settings or game folder on the My Documents directory i think, Windows store this kind of settings in there. so if you reinstall the game, your setting remain like controls and display config. Check it

I was messing around and changed this script for my keyboardings, ended up picking up a logitech controller. Everything seems to work except A for Wheelie. I thought maybe it was because of this script so i tried reinstalling the game but my adjusted settings remained in the controls menu.
Any thoughts? Thanks
