How it works? You will use the PMM when you have the standard 8-bullet mag and will use the MP 443 when using the extended 15-bullet mag equiped. Simple: D

p.s. As can be seen in the photos and in the video, it is not possible to use silencer or laser / lantern in makarov, due to the limitations of the animations, since the difference in size for the two guns is enormous, which ends up making the silencer and etc float... Sorry ;-;
