@Monkey92 Hi ! It's probably got to do with "research" (whenever you play "challenge" mode or scenarios there are items you need to research, otherwise they'll be displayed as "locked").
Have you tried opening this in "sandbox" mode ? (I also assume you have both adventure and studios DLCs..) Let me know if it worked !?

Hello, I am subscribed to this workshop build. It let me view it in game until a couple days ago and now it's whited out and says it's locked. Is there anything I can do about this? I've tried unsubscribing and resubscribing and it's still locked. Thank you for any help you can offer.

@QuackLOL : Have you tried disabling collision ? (Options -> Gameplay Settings -> Disable Scenery/Coaster/Ride/Terrain Collision -> Apply)...You should also own the Studios and Adventure Packs..Let me know if this works..
