Don't even need four MAR. Just one with UAC2x2 + ERMLx4 and it's a head cap every turn. Considering you have three other slots in a lance to fill, I'd figure you wouldn't want most fights to end in a single round (up to two rounds if they field more than four mechs).

Yup, gotta agree with DMC; getting a 35% chance to hit head really does feel good. So good, I renamed my company "Meat Grinders" :D

4 marauders with pilots that have called shot mastery and you can make them easy headshots instead

looks like the SRM 6's were the kill hits but honestly those rival AC 20's can do so much more with em and they hit freakin hard too

Try a King Crab with two +20dmg/+20stab AC20s, a +10dmg Large Laser, and three +2dmg LRM5s.
Now THAT'S a one-shot precision kill.

Just use Grasshoppers. Alphas can easily reach 300 on a precision shot and melts literally anything.

You can easily change the machineguns to ersmall lasers when you use the gausscannon though.
