Change your Resolution

Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell maximum in-game resolution is set at 1600x1200.
If you have a different resolution do this:

You have to edit splinter cell/system/SplinterCellUser.ini

Go to this section:

[Engine.EPCGameOptions]
AnimatedGeometry=True
ShadowLevel=0
LightMapsLevel=0
TextureLevel=0
Resolution=1920x1200 <------------

Change to your resolution :)

In my case was same as Keno_Faustino wrote but I changed resolution to 1920x1080 insted of 1920x1200 oh if this helps in use a TV SONY Bravia 42 inch as monitor

I tried tho but doesnt work for some reason, right after the game is just a black screen except the monitor behind Fishers neck like it only renders it except the rest
