Raze Capitals and City States

Description
Allow razing of captured capital cities and city states. Tested with BNW and latest patch, no DLC required.

(This does not override the "No City Razing" game option or allow you to raze cities you founded)

RokuroCarisu: Are you starting the game from the mod section? You have to activate the mods and start a game from that area.

This mod did nothing for me. I installed it, even started a new game, and it still wouldn't allow me to raze either capitals or city states.

Idk about you guys but the mod works for me even on a game I didn't start the mod with, I just had to annex my puppet Rome and it is now burning to the ground

Got this mod so I could raze those city states that get in the way of what would be good locations to place a new city, but themselves are placed in terrible places. But the ai sometimes starts to raze every capital it conquers, so I would be cautious by using this

Following on from Birbman, it doesn't seem to be working for me either. I'm using a few core DLCs though I'm unsure if that would interfere with the mod. Any help from the creator would be appreciated :)

Can you add an option to raze your own cities you recapture due to change of mind after it being captured in the first place by an enemy civilsation?

Yup I started a new game and made sure your mod was checked. Maybe I will start a new game with just yours checked. Thanks again for your help. Oh I do have Brave new world....
