Q1: In the first room on your left you found an item, with that item follow
the hallway and go to the floor below the first floor and go to the
first room left again.

Q2: Go back to the stairway and go up two stairs and use the key to get outside.

Q3 - Q6: You have to pick up 4 notes that are on tree's. The notes all will be facing the path/house.
1: In the middle of the map on the left side
2: On the left side of the map just before the house
3: Behind the house a little to the left
4: On the right side of the house

Q7: You find a lever in the house on the second floor, pull it and go behind the house. The hidden door in the Garden should be open now. In the tunnels go north and west and you'll find a key. When going east you find a girl, not sure if you need to pay here a visit. After that go back to the first building and open it with the key.

In that building I knocked on the third door on the right, not sure if that is needed to progress the story. A bit further in the hallway, 2 doors after the note on the right wall, you find the keycard in the room on your left.

Q8: Ga back to the hallway and keep following it. After you get letters on the wall there is a door on the right you can enter and you'll be able to destroy Aiden in the back of the room.

Thanks for reading this guide. I started playing this game because it had such low scores on Astats and Truesteamachievements but Astats also said it is fast to complete. The game might not get such bad reviews if there was a guide to follow and easily completing the game. That's why I started this guide.
