About This Guide
I created this guide to provide a place for new and old players to find information about all the achievements in this game. Some of the information in this guide links to other guides which have a detailed breakdown of strategies for specific achievements. I have provided some strategies for the more difficult achievements. If you have any questions, you can contact me through the guide response at the bottom or start a thread on the WftO steam forums.

Last Updated: January 14, 2021.

Changelog:
January 2021: changed skirmish achievement requires (thank you to Merethys for pointing this error out). (Defeat Zeam in 1v1 hard (dlc), Defeat Kasita in 1v1 hard (vanilla))
August 2018: added links to some new guides (skrimish achievements; under game achievements; hog achievements); added some additional descriptions/strategies to different sections; UnderGames strategies updated.
July 2018: updated Under Games section.
April 2018: Guide created.

Important Notes and Patch Fixes
Several achievements are bugged and Brightrock Games (the developer) are aware of the issues and are working on a solution. I will try to keep this section updated.

Patch 2.0x:
- Next major patch release date is unknown but should fix a lot of the remaining achievement issues.

Patch 2.03:
- More Money Than God is fixed and is achieveable again. See my further guide below.

Known achievements that aren't working:
- Cash For Gold (blood gold spell count not being updated) - still needs to be tested for 2.04.
- Over 9000 (map changed in 2.0 but time achievement is still 25minutes. It is possible to do but requires an aggressive strategy) - still needs to be tested for 2.04.
- Goldrust My Pet Dungeon, Sentinels not counting towards object (not a big issue since there are other ways to get points in the level) and some other issues introduced in 2.03, but devs plan to release a fix asap.
Global Achievements
General Achievements

These achievements aren't tied to the campaign but instead to your profile.

Stay Awhile And Listen: Visit your Home Realm for at least 10 minutes after completing each level to hear all of Mendechaus' wise ramblings. See this guide: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=682650497

New Year Goodness: Play the game during Chinese New Year celebrations each year. Each year the date is different but it is around end of January to end of February and lasts 2 weeks. More info: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chinese_New_Year

My Pet Dungeon: Spend a total of 5 hours in your Home Realm. Not to be confused with the DLC of the same name. Requires the in-game timer to be 5+ hours. The time saves so you can save+quit and resume without losing time towards this achievement. You can set the game speed to 150% to reduce the "real" time it takes to meet the requirement. It is best to do this achievement while also doing the Stay Awhile And Listen achievement since you'll spend 2.5+ hours in your home realm while you complete that achievement, meaning you only need to spend another 2.5 hours. Experiment with different layouts / defenses to help the time pass.

Skirmish Achievements
There are a 12 skirmish achievements. These achievements have some requirements:
  • You must play on an official skirmish map.
  • You cannot use any mutators or godmode.

7 Achievements: defeat each non-DLC AI personality at the hard difficulty.
4 Achievements (DLC): requires Under Games DLC: defeat the 4 additional AI personalities (Zeam, Volta, Shale, Lamash) at the hard difficulty.
1 Achievement: defeat any ai personality at the master difficulty.
Note: "Steven Fright" is not considered an AI personality.

Hidden Achievements
These achievements are hidden. I have given a hint to unlock each one without spoilers, but you can also mouse over the spoiler field if you want to see what you need to do. I have indicated in brackets which game/dlc apply to these achievements.

Cynical Imp (Any)
Hint: Play around with the possession menu settings.
Spoiler: Open the settings screen and max out the FOV slider to unlock this achievement.

More Money Than God (Any)
Hint: Mine A LOT of gold.
Spoiler: Mine A LOT of gold, 100 million gold to be exact. Only official maps / campaigns work and spirit workers do not count. Good luck!
See my guide here (contains spoilers!): https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1368836244

Shaboozey (Vanilla)
Hint: Something to do with campaign level 1.
Spoiler: Let the enemies kill your dungeon heart in campaign level 1. To do this, you need to pick up / drop your minions in the gateway/dungeon heart to remove them from the map (or just hold onto them so they don't attack the enemies). It takes a few minutes for the enemies to destroy your dungeon heart.

Mandalf the Marooned (HoG DLC)
Hint: Mandalf needs to die, a lot.
Spoiler: Allow Mandalf to respawn 8 times in level 1. He will refuse to respawn after 6 times (level 7), but if you use the blood gold spell on him when he is in your prison, he will die and respawn at a random gateway. You can destroy all the gateways and an invulnerable one will spawn to the north so this achievement can't be blocked. To win the level, you need to torture him first, then use bloodgold, so don't torture him until he is level 9 or 10.

When I Was a Young WartHoG (HoG DLC)
Hint: Search each HoG campaign level for a special artefact.
Spoiler: Find the Artefact of Pigs on level 2.

Sacré Bleu! (HoG DLC)
Hint: Something to do with melting gold statues.
Spoiler: Deposit all of Lord Saffire’s gold statues into the forge on level 3. Try to limit the amount of gold you collect (ie. don't use ANY of the gold artefacts; don't use/activate aureate monolith on gold veins; don't use blood gold; etc) as you need ~200k gold on the levels objective to deposit all the statues into the cauldron. It is possible to complete the level objective (acquire 1 million gold) before depositing all the statues in the cauldron, which will cause the map to end and the achievement won't be completed. IIRC there are 29 statues (28 on sides, 1 in the middle) of varying worth.

What Does it Mean? (HoG)
Hint: Explore each level of the campaign for a hidden beast.
Spoller: Find the golden Democron in campaign level 4. It is in the top-left corner and can be found using the prophecy spell or by having a unit/worker see it.
Vanilla Game Achievements
The achievements below are listed by campaign level.

Campaign Achievements
There are a few excellent guides available on steam for the vanilla game and the vanilla campaign. If you are looking for strategies, see the guides below, otherwise I will just list the campaign achievements below. I have not included the name of each achievement, just the requirements. Achievements that require you to do something in a level will unlock when you complete/win the level.

Campaign Level Guide: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=844467138
Campaign Speed Guide (pre 2.0): https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=465149062
Campaign Speed Guide (post 2.0): https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1459250435 (This guide includes a strategy for the level 11 map change achievement "Over 9000")

Note: One achievement that applies to all the campaign levels is "Stay Awhile And Listen" which requires a specific way to complete the campaign. Below is a guide from another player that tells you what to do to unlock this achievement.

Stay Awhile And Listen Guide: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=682650497

Speed / general achievement tips: many of the achievements can be completed without much difficulty. Here are some tips to help you get started.
  • Press spacebar repeatedly to skip past the tutorial/instructions/thoughts given by the narrator. This helps especially during the levels introduction and tutorial messages about new rooms/minions/etc.
  • Save at the start of a level after the introduction incase you want to restart and don't have to listen/skip the intro.
  • Set the game speed to 50% (gameplay settings menu or ctrl+pageup/down keybind). This will allow you more time to micro and react to situations.
  • A large army of few units makes it easier to pick them up from the ui. I recommend cultists for healing (big sanctuary); gnarlings for melee/tanking (big barracks); bafus for ranged dps/flying (upgraded beast den; make sure to turn off all beasts except bafus); skargs for melee dps (normal beast den; don't use if you have bafus); beastmasters for training beasts and melee dps/tanking (but not too many because they are included in the beast rally and can't fly with bafus).
  • If you convert enemy units, this can make quickly selecting units from the ui more difficult (since you will have many different units). I convert the following units if I see them: huntress (ranged dps, outranges defenses), priestesses (ranged healing), arcanist (ranged dps), juggernaught/vanguard (melee tank, high hp), firebreather (ranged dps), bards (ranged support).
  • Save level artefacts until you are ready to attack to ensure you level up as many units as possible.
  • Use the obey spell to speed up workers, cultists (when researching or unlocking an artefact) or on units training in the barracks.
  • Learn useful hotkeys/shortcuts: holding shift when clicking things will allow you to do it multiple times (ie. cast a spell on multiple units; dropping units quickly; etc). Holding shift while clicking a unit in the unit ui panel will pick up 5 of them. Holding ctrl while clicking a unit in the unit ui panel will pick up 10 of them (max allowed to hold). These two shortcuts makes it a lot easier to deploy your army closer to the enemy. (ie. ctrl click a unit, shift + right click + drag mouse to quickly drop all the units on the ground; repeat until you have your entire army) You can drop workers on the dungeon heart icon at the top-right of the screen to get rid of them (just like dropping them on the heart itself). You can cast spells directly on the ui: cast heal on rally flag icon to heal units in that group; hold ctrl when casting a spell on the ui to cast it as many times as you have mana for. (Works very nicely when using obey on multiple units, such as cultists or workers)
  • Use haste potions on slow units to help them keep up with your army. Use spirit worker potions to quickly dig/capture land (not enemy land).
  • When attacking, don't stay around to finish off enemy units, keep moving. Place your rally flag directly on objectives: this works wonders when you need to take out an inhibitor or dungeon heart.
  • Use enrage on your ranged dps (ie. bafus) and watch defenses/doors/units melt.
  • Get rid of as many workers as you can before an attack to free up mana. Prepare an overload ritual to help with mana if you run out.
  • If you need gold: avarice is best, then blood gold (on prisoners or your own units; higher hp/level gives more gold), then gold shrines (1000 gold per worker every 30 seconds of ingame time). Avoid the fool's gold potion as it isn't worth the time/resources to use.

Heart of Gold (DLC) Achievements
I have not included the name of each achievement, just the requirements. Achievements that require you to do something in a level will unlock when you complete/win the level. Strategies found in the vanilla game section above also apply here. I have also provided some strategies for more difficult achievements.

Level 1
  • Completed Level:
    • Don't break both brimstones to the north, just the one to the northwest with the manashrine and setup a small defense there. You can also block off this area after capturing the manashrine and the enemies won't attack you at all.
    • Don't build a bridge on the lava or enemies will attack from that direction; however still build a few bombards/frost on the small island for the occasional enemy unit that wanders nearby.
    • If you leave one direction open for attack, you can collect prisoners and convert them to build an army (also helps for blood gold).
  • Complete level without losing any Sentinels: simple, don't build any :P Setup a prison, rescue some succubi (succubuses? succupod?) and convert enemy units.
  • Find and rescue all Neutral units: there is a few to the southwest that you might miss (and one of a small island there). Use recall on them to get them back to your base quickly (so they don't walk back and die to enemy units).
  • Destroy all 4 Gateways within 30 minutes: convert enemy units and level up rescued prisoners; vampires help too (and won't be a problem with all your prisoners). Use underminers to open up alternative routes of attack so you can avoid enemy defenses/doors.

Level 2
  • Completed Level: see my guide here (covers all achievements): TBA
  • Unlock all 12 artefacts in 40 minutes: see my guide or this user's guide: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=790803388
  • Complete level without the Empire patrols discovering you
  • Complete level without allowing any Empire patrols to reach the end of the road

Level 3
  • Completed Level:
    • Use workers to mine out the entire level to the north/east/west.
    • Don't connect any tiles (with bridges) between your "area" and enemy areas as this will limit/stop them from attacking. Then once you have a fighting force, attack the cross shaped area to the NW.
    • You can make things easier by using undermines to open up walls.
    • Don't break the walls near enemy to the south/east/west. Instead, fortify the walls and build a well of souls where the enemy workers are mining. The well of souls can hit them through the wall. Then when you have a fighting force, you can break the walls and destroy them all. Use aureate monolith active ability to remove the gold veins near the workers.
  • Stop the Empire from mining more than 100,000 gold before you complete the Colossus: use aureate monolith near their gold viens; use underminers near their vaults and capture their vaults when the walls are destroyed.
  • Use the Blood Money spell 100 times: can also be used on your own units. Just save before completing a level and kill all your units with the spell.
  • Gather 500,000 gold in 20 minutes: find the gold arefacts (they are everywhere) and use them. This is pretty easy. Add in some aureate monolith / undermine+treasure captures to make it even easier.
  • Defeat Lord Saffire

Level 4
  • You cannot complete all these achievements in one go. I recommend 3 playthroughs: 1 to learn the level/layout, golden democorn and house members; 2 to destroy the inhibitors in 25 minutes; 3 to defeat all members without destroying gateways.
  • Completed Level
  • Destroy all 5 Inhibitors in 25 minutes:
    • Another player's guide: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=694712267
    • Save level artefacts until you have many units
    • Capture enemy units and convert them
    • Beast den: left click on the prop, then turn off all the units except bafu
    • Build a huge sanctuary and barracks: more cultists and gnarlings, both work well together.
    • Build a few defenses near the south gateway. Each time you destroy an inhibitor, enemy units spawn from a gateway, so it helps to be prepared so you don't need to send units back if they are attacking your dungeon heart.
    • Capture a few prisons to the northwest for some additional help.
    • Get rid of all your workers to free up mana; prepare a overload ritual to help you if you run out of mana.
    • Around the 15 minute mark, prepare your force and attack from the front. Destroy the gateways as you move between areas. Don't stay around to kill enemies, just move between the inhibitors as quickly as possible. Sending your bafus/beastmasters off to the east while your main force attacks the west. Your bafus can also take care of the center (they are faster/fly).
  • Defeat every member of House Magnanimous
  • Defeat every member of House Magnanimous and complete level without destroying any of the Gateways
    • IMPORTANT: capturing the red carpet in the hallways will destroy the gateways! Do not let your workers capture the carpet. Use worker flags to stop them from capturing territory and make sure to click the flag to allow them to pass through it so they can drag your corpses back to the lairs.
    • Everytime you destroy an inhibitor, enemies will spawn from a gateway (usually the closest one). Make sure you have defenses at your base to deal with these attackers while your army is destroying the inhibitors. The south gateway will spawn a bridge that cannot be blocked (sappers will spawn if it is blocked.
    • Try to avoid sending units near gateways as they might destroy it as they pass by it. If you see a unit attacking a gateway, use the recall spell on that unit.
    • When using the rally all flag, plan a route around the gateways to avoid units moving to the flag and passing by gateways to get there (and thus stopping to attack them).
    • Set autosave or save often incase a gateway is destroyed somehow.
  • Defeat Lord Coleem
The Under Games (DLC) Achievements
There are 7 achievements per underlord personality (Volta, Lamash, Shale, Kasita; 28 total): win each level with each personality (1st/2nd/3rd/4th arena, quarter-finals, semi-finals, finals). The difficulty doesn't matter for these achievements.

There are 7 achievements for winning a level at master difficulty level with any personality (1st/2nd/3rd/4th arena, quarter-finals, semi-finals, finals). Volta and Shale are the easiest underlords to do these achievements.

This guide shows how to beat the Under Games on Master Difficulty with Kasita:
https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1371017927

There are 4 achievements for beating each underlord personality (Volta, Lamash, Shale, Kasita) on an official skirmish map at the hard difficulty level. Refer to the skrimish guides in the general strategies section above.
The Under Games (DLC): General Strategies
These strategies are a collection of my observations and strategies I've read from other players on the steam forums. If you have any strategies you think would benefit fellow players, please leave a comment below! (public or private)

General Strategies
  • Set game speed to 50% in game settings. Helps with timing/responding to enemies. More time to micro.
  • Don't build slaughterpens or lairs until your units start complaining. You can usually go 15+ minutes of in game time before units start requesting food. You can use the magical meat spell to prolonge this even further!
  • A simple build order: unlock annex, mana vault and conduit. Use annex to help your workers claim tiles quickly (ie. towards an objective). Build mana vaults so you can summon more workers (at least 1 when you start the game). Use conduits near gold veins and place vaults nearby so your workers quickly mine/deposit the gold. Build a 5x5+ library before capturing a gateway so you get an immediate cultist spawn. Build a beastden/foundry next. Try to keep library/foundry in a room with fortified walls.
  • The outpost construct is super useful for capturing objectives and gateways early on. You can build the construct on neutral tiles and so long as your imps can get to it, they will summon it. Use this on levels like king of the underhill to capture/claim underhills before the opponent. This is faster than digging/claiming tiles (given the sometimes random behaviour/priority of workers).
  • Storm vortex is a great defense and is very effective at stopping the enemy workers from claiming tiles. A row of storm vortexes can be very hard for the enemy to deal with. If you don't have storm vortex, use bombards and frost defenses. Always try to manually build the defenses as it lets your workers focus on other things.
  • Use worker rally flags to focus your workers on important things such as fortifying rooms and claiming tiles (neutral or enemy; objectives).
  • From Webbernever1: Spirit workers (potion) are a big help on any map. In fact, you can win levels using only spirit workers. Brew some spirit worker potions early on and use them to help you quickly mine and claim neutral tiles.
  • Save artefacts for when you can get the most out of them:
    • Spirit Workers: immediately!
    • Max Mana: immediately!
    • Sins: immediately!
    • Level+: when you are about to do a large attack with all your units, or wait until you have many converted units.
    • Defenses: use when you take an objective or are pushing the enemy and want a fallback/safe area. Build a ton of defenses first, and then use the artefact to complete them all. Also works on sentinels. Another strategy if you have the money is to complete defenses on your own and then add barricades (10 parts to build) to each one, then use this artefact to complete all the barricades, saving you a ton of parts/time.
    • Constructs: Not really useful imo, but maybe on something like moongates, mana vaults or fire embers. One circumstance is when building outposts (so you don't need a construction ritual).
    • Rituals: save until you attack the enemy and then use these to finish overload rituals to keep your mana full. Keep in mind that if you use a ritual artefact before the "ritual cooldown" has expired, it will be wasted and won't progress the queued ritual.
    • Gold: Make sure you have enough room in your vaults. Don't build extra vaults to store the extra gold unless you absolutely need too. If you need artefact space, just build some more libraries somewhere.
    • Potions: Similar to rituals, best saved for when your crackpots are attacking and you want to brew some potions immediately (ie. frost, haste, etc).
    • Mood: Save for when your army is attacking. If your units are away for a long time, they will get mad, so you can use this artefact to keep them happy while rallied.
  • Use annex spell to speed up neutral tile claiming, especially when trying to claim an early objective, gateway or shrine.
  • Use obey spell while holding ctrl and click cultists/chunders in the unit ui to cast the spell on all of them (or as many as you have mana for) to help speed up research / part making.
  • Slap workers when you remember. The AI will constantly slap their workers, so try to keep up the same efficiency when you can.
  • Mid/end game: build a prison and use the prisoners as follows:
    • Level 3+: convert, especially gnarlings.
    • Cultist/chunder: convert if you have fewer than 7 of each. Having many cultists can also help since you can leave some in peaceband/researching and some in your army to heal.
    • Crackpot: they are a good ranged dps unit even if you don't make potions.
    • Bloodgold (Kasita): use for some more gold (1-2k gold since they are only level 1/2's).
    • Vampires: do the vampire ritual and sacrifice level 1 prisoners. Make sure to keep a few prisoners around for the vampires to feed on.
    • Drop into a crypt: useful for any underlord but essential for Lamash.
    • Drop into an arena for your beasts to train on (they gain more xp this way).
    • Drop into tavern meat grinder.
  • Use multiple warbands to defend/attack multiple objectives. Try to balance the warbands out (ie. have cultist for healing, gnarling/chunder/augre/beastmaster for melee, beasts, ranged dps). Place warbands on enemy tiles you want to claim (to help scare off enemy units/workers that will fight your workers). Place warbands at chokepoints or near defenses.
  • Don't start making a titan until you have unlocked all the research you need to win and you are planning to attack (ie. you have an army). Spending 5 sins on a titan early on may help a little, but you usually can gain more from the unlocks. However a titan can be extremely powerful when supported by an army. (Except Archon, which is broken and should be summoned early on. :P)
  • Don't worry if the enemy gets an objective first. On maps with banshees, set up some bombards in front of your shards to shoot down the banshees. On other maps, just focus on building up your army, researching, getting artefacts, converting, etc. Then attack with a big army that can't be pushed back / defeated.
  • Place vaults near gold mining operations to allow your workers to make shorter trips to deposit gold. Pick up the gold from these locations and manually deposit it / drop it on vaults closer to your base.
  • Try to snatch enemy artefacts before your own. Manually pick up artefacts and drop them in your library (instead of having your workers drag the artefacts back to your base). This is a good habit to get into because if your library is full of artefacts, your workers won't drag back new artefacts.
  • Use outpost and construction ritual (or construction artefacts) to claim neutral tiles far from your base or in areas that are inaccessible. For example, on map 2 with the brimstone everywhere, you can claim the artefacts and distant gateways by using prophecy to reveal the terrain, then drop an outpost and complete them with a ritual/artefact. Drop some workers on the gateways and manaully pick up the artefacts/minions trapped by brimstone/chasms. This strategy can be game breaking if you use it to claim tiles close to the enemy base and then manually build defenses on them, stopping the enemy workers/units from leaving their base and allowing you to take over the rest of the map! (But it is also risky as it requires early use of sins that would be useful elsewhere if the strategy fails)
  • Flying units (Occulus/Bafus/Screechers) are very strong since they are fast and can bypass chasms/lava. Use them to attack areas of the enemies base that aren't defended or as ranged support when your main force engages.
The Under Games (DLC): Strategies for each Underlord
Please contact me if you have any strategies to add to this section.

Shale
Work in Progress.
  • Focus on getting screechers. The screechers, being flying units, can be used as raiders (attack and retreat), and for sniping cores/hearts from the sides/behind (where less defenses may be). Screechers are much better than bafus because of their unit abilities.
  • From Webbernever1: Shale has the best vampires due to the arena. Place the vampires in the arena with your beasts to keep them fed (feed on attack) and train them.
  • From Webbernever1: Since Shale has a faster beast spawn rate, you need to build a larger beast den to support them. A large arena helps keep the large beast army trained (since beasts don't use the barracks).
  • Use spare mana and build ember rifts. You may want to do this in an enclosed room (ie. with a door that can be locked) so when the embers spawn, they don't wander off. Then you can pick them up from the minion ui tab and drop them directly onto the enemy. Otherwise set them to continually attack an area.
  • Use moongates near banshee shrines and put another moongate near the enemy. Banshees will use moongates if they offer a shorter path. This can be useful for flanking enemy defenses.

Volta
Work in Progress.
  • Storm Vortex should be your primary form of defense. They are effective against all unit types. They take 6 parts, so if you try to manually build them, you can manually build 3 of them across 2 trips. Hold shift + left click dragging to pick up many foundry parts at once.
  • Use the assembly ritual or assembly artefacts when pushing objectives to quickly set up a defense. (ie. when you have taken an objective, place 6+ defenses or add barricades to existing defenses and complete the ritual/artefact)
  • From Webbernever1: Volta is actually an aggressive underlord. He needs to aggressively take points and then hold them. On higher difficulties, Volta would struggle to gain ground without very good play.
  • Build a prison near the frontline and a 3x3 sanctuary near the prison. Build a larger sanctuary in your base for your cultists to use. Drop low level prisoners from the prison onto the 3x3 sanctuary to quickly make vampires. Keep your vampires busy fighting the enemy somewhere since they can't die.

Kasita
Work in Progress.
  • Build lots of sentinels! Drop your workers into your foundry to help complete them, or use assembly ritual/artefacts. (Requires 2 rituals to complete) You can get 100+ sentinels on most maps. If you have a gold shrine, you can get even more. Split the sentinels into different warbands so you can attack/defend multiple points. Also, don't pay/heal your sentinels because it is usually easier to just build more of them. (It takes them a long time to get mad when not paid)
  • Make sure you have lots of vaults so you can store gold to mass-build sentinels. Use gold vortexes near gold veins to reduce the time your workers need to mine gold.
  • Use your titen and monoliths near the enemy so when beasts/units die, they turn to gold and cannot be healed/resurrected. However this also affects your own units, but that shouldn't be a problem if you are using sentinels.

Lamash
Work in Progress.
  • Make sure to keep your crypts full by either using prisoners, enemy units/beasts or dropping your least useful units in the crypts. IMO, it is easier to drop gnarlings and chunders then beasts like bafus since bafus are a lot more useful in combat for Lamash thanks to the necromancer's ghouls acting as tanks.
  • From Webbernever1: Lamash has a faster spawn rate. This means that expanding rooms or sacrificing minions often is important due to payday/wasted spawn.
  • From Webbernever1: Lamash has banshee spam. In some levels, this is the most effective thing to be done. Prima facie, Lamash has no trump cards...and the crypt strategy is not really going to stand up to beasts etc. Instead, necromancers/witch doctors can be used for a very quick research rate.
  • From Webbernever1: Lamash is usually better off sacrificing for vampires and using the spirit chamber to suspend vampire hungry needs (place vampire on spirit pedastal to suspend their need to feed).
  • Before any attacks, drop your necromancers on the crypt to ensure they summon the max amount of ghouls they can. When you drop a necromancer on the battlefield, it will bring with it all the ghouls it controls.
  • The Archon titan is very strong since it can heal itself with its damage and it can create skeletons from enemy corpses. A useful strategy is to possess the archon and attack the enemy beasts. When the beasts die, they will be spawned into skeletons.
  • Your necromancers can work in the library, so you don't need as many cultists to help research artefacts/sins.
My Pet Dungeon (DLC) Achievements
The My Pet Dungeon achievements are pretty simple: complete each level's bonuses, score 150,000 points (except for the first level) and complete the level (regardless of bonus objectives or points). Each level's bonus objectives will give you points, but there are other ways to earn points such as killing enemies spawned from the gateway, leveling units and mining gold. Below are some strategies to make unlocking these achievements easier.

1. Save your level artefacts until you have many units. Each level a unit gets adds a small amount of points, so the more units you can level up with an artefact, the more points you will get. This simple strategy can often get you enough points (along with the bonus objective points) to reach 150,000+ score.

2. Defeating enemies spawned from the gateway will earn you a lot of points as well. Set up bombards, gargoyles, frost, well of souls; then barricade each one and put a fortifcation nearby; set the auto-spawner to level 10 and watch the points grow. Additionally, put a prison nearby and convert all the units, then use an artefact of leveling to gain a ton of points.

3. Build a large sanctuary as this will attract more cultists than a library and train them in the barracks. Cultists will heal your units and make engagements a lot easier. Bafus are excellent units as they are fast, can fly and have one of the highest dps, but they are also weak and have permanent death. Cultists + bafus and a melee frontline (ie. gnarlings, beastmasters, skargs, etc) can make short work of any defense/enemy.

4. Use potions of spirit workers to mine and claim land quickly. Drop potions of frost on fire units to deal lots of damage. Use the overload ritual to help cast more heals and enrages your units. Capturing mana shrines helps a lot too.

5. Use gold shrines as a last resort and if you can spare the workers/mana locked. Instead use blood gold on prisoners (or even your own minions/beasts), the avarice ritual (best way to make gold) or aureate monolith near your defenses/enemy gateway. Potions of Fool's Gold aren't worth it due to the time/resources needed.

I received an achievement yesterday.

Cherry-picked.
Play the game in May 2019 to celebrate its Japanese release and the Hanami festival, or during April each year

It popped as soon as i booted into the main menu of the game, so just play on april.

Thank for you guide and it definitely helps a lot !
Btw, just got the achievement of the heart of gold dlc. I think in level 4, the best strategy to get all the achievements is to get 3 level-10 vampires located in the top right hand corner as fast as you can. Then you sneak from the back of the enemy dungeon and directly attack the inhibitors. Don't worry the 10-level vampires are powerful enough to do that. But don't forget to build prison hearby and convert the 10-level enemy to join the combat so that you can clear the inhibitors as fast as you can. It is possible to get altogether if you know the map well. Hope this help! :)

I see now. Thank you for clarifying!

I am not wrong. The achievement for defeating Kasita is called "Yanis Varoufakis" and is a base game achievement. The corresponding Under Games achievement is called "Black Widow" and is awarded for defeating Zeam, not Kasita.
