USCM APC - M582

The M582 has a slightly different layout to M577 allowing for smoother operations and quicker deployment of Marines,

Features include:
Driver's seat - The driver controls the whole vehicle, using the vehicle's main remote control.
Options 1 and 2 activate and disable the turret, respectively. When activating the turret, the Turret Control remote control block _must not_ be controlled. This is an inherent limitation of the turret's mechanism.
Option 3 allows firing all of the vehicle's active guns, including the guns on the rear turret. Firing only the front turret is unsupported. When the turret is retracted, its guns are safely disabled.

Gunner / Navigator's seat - The gunner controls the top turret while another player is driving - connect via the *Turret Control* group in the terminal. Option 1 views from the turret's camera, and 'C' fires the turret's guns.
If the gunner can't control the turret, try allowing the gunner to connect before the driver.

seating for 16 (skinny marines)

Driving notes:

For a better driving experience over rough ground increase the wheel height off-set.

APC backgrounds Notes:

The design of this APC is terrible and would never be used in the real world - the ground clearance is shocking, the turning circle is just as bad, and the list goes on.

The APC was originally built from an old 747 aircraft tow truck, on set the brakes failed during filming and almost killed someone.
Let alone catching on fire and cooking the actors & crew as well. All that being said it is an awesome looking apc and one of my favorite sci-fi designs.
