About the model
The fourth building of my New England series, this building is also located in New London, Ct., which I visited on the way during our drive from New York to Boston. I think this town is like one of the best examples of small town USA. It got a number of interesting buildings, which this is the second one of.

This model has about 606 tris and a 512x1024 texture , with a diffuse, normal, illumination and specularmap.This model has a custom LoD, which is about 20 tris with a 265x64 texture, with a diffuse, specular and illumination map.

RICO
If you want this building added to your RICO buildings, add it in the settings menu, under growables. I recommend using the realistic population mod, this will calculate the amount of occupants in the building.

did you also make the 'Urban Cleaners' next door in the screenshot, since that is a nice building too, but I cannot find it

Yet another fantastic generic american building! And as always, it's the small details that make the model - the unique beams on the roof, the entire third story being an obvious addition to an earlier building, even the great brickwork texture on the side walls. Looking forward to more!
