Weldy - "Medium" Grid Welder Ship

All small welding ship always doesn't work very well...or at least my welding ship...the weld only one block at a time, and you need to be farly vertical to weld...with a tier 3 welder is easier and faster.

Than i saw on a video of Splitsie, he build a ship with a large grid welder, but he attached a big rotor head to a small rotor. I tried to do it backward: large rotor - small rotor head (always advanced rotor) and than i started developing my design. It's work really nice and the big welder had a 2-3 block radius while in function.

Weldy has 6 batteries, no container, it use the welder block inventory (if it's full, there's the cockpit invetory) and all the thruster allow you to build in almost every position. You can also attach the grinder and the drill too.

In one of the picture you can see the cargo almost full (it's all the drop, and more, from a Space Pirates Outpost) while working vertically.

To assemble the welder, you need to build a welder block on a large grid with an advanced rotor. The advanced motore head it's already attached to the main body. Than you need to connect them from the Control Panel, and manually reconnect the sensor to TURN OFF the tool.
The last picture show you how to assemble the ship. DON'T FORGET TO LOCK THE ROTOR!!
