Introduction
Starting things off, this build is for people that WANT to play while running around.
yeah, it's legit. (overdrill, duh)
with bots, although arbiter is most used here, I used akimbo grimms for clearing my way (pre 1D rework, so it's the hard one, not the easy one now)

HOW TO USE THIS BUILD
FIRST
Save as many tied (your tied civs, not your teammate's) civilians and try to not lose/kill them because it'll come in handy later on.
SECOND
Try to always have 2 converted cops on your team, an armored SWAT or ZEAL is preferred due to their tank-like HP. If you can't melee them, just shoot them anywhere except the head (this build will most likely 1 hit enemies in One Down)
THIRD
Move around, don't just sit down because this build is somewhat a teamplay/solo play build, without moving you can't really hunt enemies and its not fun :(
Teamplay = you provide cover for your team because of your high damage output, you direct aggro to converted cops, you have inspire and high mobility, meds (use them wisely, don't drop 2 meds at the same time, always keep 1 for emergencies)
Soloplay = dodge, hostage taker, dodge, kills, dodge.
Prequisites
REQUIRES INFAMY 4 (Reduced skill tree costs)
Level 100 (for all skills, can work with some missing skils)

-Gage Shotgun Pack

Knowledge on how to dominate/convert enemies

Surviving with dodge basics


with enough experience and knowledge, you can be a fast tank with a suit + hostage taker.
Skills + Perks
MASTERMIND
INSPIREE!!!
Meds can be replaced by FAKs but it's not really helpful to the team, you also get passive healing so I wouldn't really recommend it.
Why not aced jokers? meh, only saves a bit of time, skill points can be used in other parts of this build.

ENFORCER
Shotgun skills and some nice to have skills such as bag throwing and reduced flashbangs

TECHNICIAN
Some drill skills for reasons (you can change this to anyting that you like)

GHOST
Dodge and movement skills (a necessity for dodge builds)
Silent killer no nevermind, not there anymore..
CRITS are really important, it's one of your main source of damage, you can kill a dozer in about 1s at DS (not minigun dozer)

FUGITIVE
Swansong, very op no no, not so OP anymore, but still OP
Use the messiah only when needed, you only got 1 chance ;)

PRIMARY WEAPON

Akimbo Brother's Grimm 12G Shotgun

--you can add any boost you want
--you can add the tiny laser if you want

How to use it?
Run - Shoot - Reload - Eat ammo off the ground - do all that at the same time
ALWAYS aim for the head.


SECONDARY WEAPON

The Judge
Mods:
Dragan, Dragon's Breath Round
--you can add the new mod that makes your gun look cool, I forgot what it's called
--you can add any boost you want
--you can add the tiny laser if you want

El Classico Shotgun

How to use it?
DON'T use this to kill useless enemies, only for shields/stunning specials (not dozers ofc)


MELEE WEAPON

Buzzer (or any 30 concealment melee)
How to use it?
eh, just stun cloakers when they charge at you


Throwables

Concussion Grenade, aka flashbang
How to use it?
when you're in a pickle!


Armor

Suit
only suit, other armor will make the crit skill useless


Equipment

Doctor Bag

for enforcer I personally remove transporter and replace it with bullseye, it helps a lot with staying up more IMO

Instead of rogue, I'd take grinder with these guns as reaching 3 detection isn't worth what you'd need to invest, which still allows the player to be mobile but without worrying too much if they do get hit.
4. I don't see the need to be running with any skills in the revenant tree if you are playing with other players/bots. It's a lot of skill points that only help with survivabilty slighty, and could be better invested into the other skills mentioned above.
5. Stability. It's a mess. This build gives very low stability and if you're using the Grimms on auto-fire then you'll never hit anything accurately. Mostly comes down to trying to reach low detection for crits, and I feel like this needs to be improved.

Overall, it's a decent build that definitely can work on DW and below. It all comes down to preferance after all, so this build can work perfectly for some players, and I would recommend it to anyone.

Just some things I noticed using this build:
1. HE Rounds on the judge would be much more useful. They can take out shields, snipers, and break bulldozer faceplate much quicker, as nothing in this build deals too well with dozers.
2. There are a few ways to get large magazine sizes with the Grimms. Akimbo aced in the fugitive tree is only 7 skill points, and is an easy way to get increased stability and a much larger magazine size. There also is Close By aced which gives an even larger magazine size to greatly reduce the need to reload. I'd definitely take advantage of these as this build has a really low magazine size for an akimbo build.
3. The rogue deck is nice for dodge, but this build doesn't take advantage of dodge too well, aside from minimal crits. If running the dodge build, I'd try to ignore some of the hostage taker perks and replace them with the dodge bonuses: sneaky bastard, unseen strike, and low blow.

for me, there is a better way of running the brothers grimm shotguns, instead of buckshot you use HE rounds
